A Californian who has lived in many places, I create lively stitched silk images in the Tibetan tradition... and a bit outside of it. I lived for several years in Dharamsala, India where I developed my skill while apprenticing to Tibetan artist craftsmen. Now I divide my time between California and Milan, Italy, where I share my life with a husband, two cats, and two teenage stepchildren.
